Our Policy
Shipping:
- For 15-Day Money-Back/Cancellation, Lifetime Exchange, and Lifetime Buyback, the policies vary based on the type of product.
Money-Back, Buyback & Exchanges:
- Customized Jewellery, including personalized or engraved products, is not eligible for a 15-Day Money-Back or a 15-Day Exchange, but Lifetime Exchange and Buyback are applicable.
- Items showing signs of wear, alterations, resizing by a non-company jewellery, or damage cannot be accepted for 15-Day Money-Back.
- The product should be accompanied by the original product certificate and the original/copy of the invoice for all exchanges within the 15-Day Money-Back period.
- If the customer cannot produce the original certificate, the company will send the solitaire/jewellery for recertification, and the customer bears the shipping and certification cost.
- The Money-Back amount will be 100% of the actual amount paid, with deductions for any discounts, coupons, or promo codes used during the original purchase.
- Refunds for 15-Day Money-Back will be made via online bank transfer within 10 days of receiving the product.
- The LTE value must be utilized within 180 days of the transaction date; otherwise, a refund will be issued with a 10% transaction charge.
- The prevailing market value is determined by the company.
- Not available for international orders.
Resizing & Repairs:
- Free resizing is available except in cases where resizing is not possible.
- The cost difference for resizing is borne by the customer.
- In case of a refund, it will be processed via online bank transfer within 10 days.
- Repairs/replacements are charged on a case-to-case basis.
- Shipping charges for resizing and repairs are paid by the customer.
- Not available for international orders.
Year Replacement Warranty:
- If you encounter any quality issues with your jewellery, we will replace it without questions, valid only on orders below 2L.
